Please note we follow the guidelines on gatherings for the county the event is being held. We use seventh generation disinfecting wipes (kills COVID-19 virus) on all surfaces (including all ball pit balls) and steam clean fabric surfaces.
What ages are your play zones suited for?
Our play equipment is suited for crawlers through preschool years.
Note: Per manufacturer guidelines, its recommended that children be 18 months+ for the ride-on animal hoppers.
How do I make a reservation?
Visit our Book Your Event page. We will respond to you shortly with availability. Once your date is confirmed available, a $50 security deposit is required to secure your event date. The Tots Aloud Rental Agreement & Waiver will need to be retuned and the final amount owed is due no later than 14 days from the start of your scheduled event.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the refundable $50 deposit by credit card, or Check made payable to Tots Aloud LLC. The $50 deposit will be applied to the remaining balance.
Do you assemble the soft play equipment for us?
Absolutely! Every soft play unit comes in multiple pieces that we will assemble for you at the time of delivery and disassemble at pick-up. We require at least 1 hour prior to setup the play space before your scheduled time block and 1 hour after your event to disassemble. Setup usually takes approximately 45 minutes and breakdown takes approximately 30 minutes. The 1 hour availability before and after your event ensures we have ample time to account for things like unique space configurations and parking considerations.
** Please note that we require a dry, flat surface free of water, debris, and obstructions to set up our play areas. In addition, setup area must be located in a shaded area to keep equipment away from the sun and heat, which can overheat the equipment and cause damage or possibly ‘ouchies’ when in contact with skin. These requirements are for the safety of all your little totties! ** We also rent a canopy if required.
Is the equipment cleaned between each use?
Always! All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned using non-toxic covid-19 virus killing disinfectants...every floor tile, every ball from the ball pit, every inch of the fencing. We have the same level detail in ensuring maximum cleanliness in our equipment, as we do for our own children.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within 50 miles radius of Nashville, TN. If you live outside of these zones, please contact us to discuss the best way to accommodate you.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens. Security deposit is non refundable. For any cancellation made less than 3 days of your event no refund will be offered but we will work with you to reschedule your event. We do not set up outdoors when rain/ drizzle or wet conditions are forecast. We will not reschedule in case of inclement weather, an indoor back up plan is highly recommended.
In the unlikely event that Tots Aloud should cancel your booking due to unsafe road conditions or other circumstance a full refund will be provided.
Can the soft play mobile playground be used for outdoor events?
Only if the outdoor event is in a shaded or tented environment and on a flat, dry surface free of water, debris, and any obstructions. We don’t like to expose our products to direct sunlight, or any other outdoor element that can cause damage or inhibit children from using them safely. If it is raining, drizzling, or rain in the forecast for the day, we will not set up equipment outside, even if under a canopy, and we will work with you to re-configure play area indoors. We will not accept cancellations, reschedules or request for refund in case of inclement weather, an indoor back up plan is highly recommended.
We've consulted the CDC's guidelines, and we use primarily water and a mild detergent to thoroughly clean your baby gear. On tough stains, we use a baby friendly and fabric friendly stain remover. We sanitize everything and kill germs using a steam cleaner. Contactless Delivery and Pickup is available.
Kids make messes everywhere, so we clean more than just car seats and strollers! In fact, we can take care of all your baby gear including high chairs, booster seats, toys, swings, pack n’ plays, etc. You name it and we’ll clean it! We also restore your existing gear when it needs a good deep cleaning for a new sibling or if you plan to sell or donate items. This is a great way to get it ready. BabyQuip only hire the best providers in every field of service they offer. Depending on the service you're seeking, their providers may have a certificate or special training specific to their field, like car seat installation completed by CPSTs (Child Passenger Safety Technician).
Once a reservation for cleaning services is made, the 7% BabyQuip service fee is non-refundable. If you cancel all or any portion of requested cleaning services at least 24 hours before the pick-up/on-site service time, you will receive a refund of 100% of all other fees and charges, subject to a cancellation fee.

Tots Aloud Baby Gear Cleaning and other BabyQuip Quality Providers are dedicated to customer satisfaction but if you aren't completely satisfied with the service or provider experience, the provider will redo the cleaning. If you are still not satisfied, please contact your provider or BabyQuip within 48 hours of your completed service. Before and after photos are taken of the equipment and if the provider notices significant damage or in the unlikely event has damaged your gear, they will contact you as soon as possible and if necessary, either replace the damaged part or whole item. If you aren't completely satisfied with the service or provider experience, the provider will redo the cleaning. Each of BabyQuip's technicians who install car seats has undergone rigorous training and certification to become a Child Passenger Safety Technician through the Safe Kids organization. Yes, customers always have the option to reinstall seats by themselves. Providers in Nashville are currently unable to install your car seat for you, for more information on safely installing your child's car seat Visit SafeKids' website.
Other important information from BabyQuip's terms of service:
(a) Recalled or Expired Equipment. BabyQuip will not provide cleaning services for equipment that is not in good working order, that has been recalled by the manufacturer, or, in the case of a car seat, that has expired. You represent and warrant that any equipment you provide to an IQP for cleaning has not been recalled by the manufacturer and is not expired.
(b) Removal of Flame Retardant Chemicals. While IQPs will follow manufacturer recommendations for cleaning your equipment, any cleaning of equipment may result in the removal of the equipment’s flame retardant chemicals. You understand and acknowledge this risk. You hold BabyQuip and your IQP harmless from any loss or liability that may result from removal of flame retardant chemicals in connection with cleaning of your equipment.
(c) Assembly and Reinstallation of Car Seats. To effectively clean your equipment, it may be necessary or convenient for the IQP to dis-assemble the equipment and, in the case of car seats, to remove the equipment from your car. You understand and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to verify correct re-assembly of any equipment that has been cleaned and to reinstall (or verify correct reinstallation) of any car seat that has been cleaned. You hold BabyQuip and your IQP harmless from any loss or liability that may result from improper reassembly or installation of equipment after cleaning.
(d) Dissatisfaction with Cleaning Service. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any cleaning services, you should notify your IQP upon completion of the services. In any event, you must notify your IQP within 48 hours after completion of the services. If you notify your IQP within that time period, your IQP will promptly re-perform the cleaning services to your satisfaction. If you do not notify your IQP within that time period, you waive your right to reperformance of the services.
(e) Damage to Your Equipment. BabyQuip is not responsible for any damage to your equipment as a result of cleaning services. If there is damage to any of your equipment, you should notify your IQP upon completion of the services. In any event, you must notify your IQP within 48 hours of completion of the services, or you waive your right to compensation. If the damage is minor, your IQP will provide you with appropriate compensation (i.e., a reasonable amount for repair or replacement of any broken parts, or if repair/parts replacement is not feasible, a reasonable amount for reduction in resale value). If the damage is material (i.e., the equipment is made unsafe or unusable), your IQP will reimburse you for the cost of an equivalent replacement item (i.e., the current model of the same item) plus shipping costs, if any.
